**Job Summary**

Dow Jones is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to drive business enablement and efficiency. Our data governance framework ensures data accuracy, security, and accessibility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and support the implementation of data governance tooling and projects, including data catalog solutions, from idea to completion.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain governance standards around data lineage, quality management, and reporting by collaborating with governance leaders and relevant business units.
  • Collaborate with data owners, technical teams, embedded business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent data definitions and standards.
  • Monitor, identify, and remediate data risks and issues within workstreams.
