We are seeking an experienced Country Medical Director to lead medical affairs activities in Iberia.
This position requires a strong medical professional with leadership skills to drive medical strategy and engage with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of scientific and clinical excellence, as well as experience in people management and coaching.
- Lead a highly motivated and well-trained Medical team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
- Coach team members on key competencies, monitor performance, and take actions to course correct when required.
- Medical Education (MD); Pharm D; PhD
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development at affiliate level
- Proven people management experience in Medical Affairs with strong leadership
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and writing)
