Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Procurement Specialist at Saica, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with the company's procurement policy and strategy.
- Leading and managing procurement teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Conducting market analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Managing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance.
Qualifications and Education:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational industrial company.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English and French is required.
Additional Skills:
You will also need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of SAP SRM/MM and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Travel and Work Environment:
As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will be required to travel across Europe and may have the opportunity to work in other Saica countries.
