About the location:

The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is situated on the breathtaking Formentor Peninsula, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean and its surrounding landscapes. Originally opened in 1929 within a vast private estate, this stunning historic property is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, set to welcome guests as a Four Seasons resort in the near future.

About the role:

The Steward plays a vital role in supporting our Food and Beverage outlets by delivering award-winning service through meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. This position is part of the Food & Beverage department and reports directly to the Head Chef.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize tableware, glassware, and silverware using a dish machine.
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment and food and beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Uphold the silver polishing program.
• Safely utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals.
