We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Manager to join our team in EMEA. You will work closely with our construction partners, vendors, and internal teams to manage the construction process, from planning and design to execution and commissioning. Your expertise in construction management, contract administration, and cost control will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our data center projects.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the construction process, including planning, design, execution, and commissioning of data center projects.
- Work closely with construction partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Administer construction contracts, including commercial elements, to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on construction metrics, including schedule, cost, and budget performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that data center projects meet Amazon's quality and safety standards.
- 5+ years of experience in construction site management.
- 2+ years of experience in managing construction contracts and contractors, including commercial contract administration and cost control processes.
- 3+ years of experience in construction of and interface with live operational/mission critical facilities, such as data centers, energy plants, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to operate in a working environment conducted through English.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent trade certification and/or professional certification.
