About the Job

  • We are seeking an experienced SAP authorization consultant to design, develop, and maintain TUI's SAP on-premise and cloud authorization concepts.
  • This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to ensure system and data security and GDPR compliance across the SAP landscape.
  • The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in understanding and solving complex authorization problems and be able to take full ownership of complex topics or multi-faceted initiatives.
  • They will also be responsible for ensuring secure authorization is considered throughout the design and implementation of SAP software products and services.
  • The successful candidate will be a professional partner to all involved business contacts and stakeholders, demonstrating a commercial mentality and focusing on solving business problems in the best way.
  • They will use their deep technical skills to analyze systems landscape, identify risks, and solve business issues with access rules and authorizations.

About the Role

  • Design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of complex SAP systems authorizations with regards to stakeholder requirements.
  • Error analysis and regulation of security and authorization issues.
  • Periodical checks of SAP systems regarding security aspects and suggest improvements.
  • Detect security issues and provide suitable solutions.
  • Assist in implementing SAP GRC solution.
  • Strong skills in SAP on-premise authorization concept/design (mainly FI/CO/SD/HR).
  • Good understanding of processes regarding Segregation of Duties, 4 eyes-principles, etc.
  • Basic ABAP knowledge related to authorization objects.
  • Basic understanding of SAP Successfactors role-based permissions.
  • Sensibility for general IT security-related processes.
