Lecturer in Business Psychology

Arden University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Business Psychology to join our School of Psychology. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lectures, both face-to-face and online, to our blended and distance learning students.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Psychology, with a Master's degree or equivalent formal qualification, and be recognised by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as having a Graduate Basis for Chartership. You will also have experience in current and effective teaching, learning and assessment practices in Higher Education, and be able to bring your knowledge and understanding to Arden to grow our programmes and provide excellent student outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality lectures and tutorials to students
  • Developing and leading modules, ensuring consistent quality and development of learning materials and schemes of work
  • Overseeing assessment marking, creating authentic assessments, and providing high-quality feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students
  • Driving innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment techniques
