Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Join Flexidao, a fast-paced B2B startup, as a Marketing Specialist and contribute to our mission to revolutionize the renewable energy market.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and curious growth marketer with 2+ years of experience to support our marketing strategy, implementation, and monitoring. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, supporting, and monitoring our marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Marketing in external communications and development & maintenance of the website and Flexidao brand.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Track and measure SEO, SEM, and other metrics to provide comprehensive marketing reports.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
  • Lead on Marketing Operations, cleaning and optimizing our CRM to ensure high-quality leads align with sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Creative and curious growth marketer with 2+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot or related CRM.
  • Experience with data analysis and generating marketing performance reports.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ad Campaigns.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Development, or a similar relevant field.
  • Eager to learn with a collaborative mindset.
