As a UX Researcher for our Design team based in Spain, Portugal or Poland, you will be part of a diverse Research team working closely with Product Managers and designers to conduct research and analyse data. This role involves uncovering insights and opportunities to improve our product and services. We are seeking someone excited about learning more about the world of travel and eager to gain knowledge with the team.
About the Role
- Work in a diverse team of UX Researchers with a Lead UX Researcher to guide you
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers to define research opportunities from discovery to validation
- Conduct UX Research activities, including qualitative and quantitative methods such as in-depth interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept tests and workshops
- Contribute to discussing and improving research practices, processes and activities within the UX Research team
- Share and maintain our user research and insights repository
- Empower non-researchers to be involved in UX Research activities
- Build relationships with areas dealing with user data, such as data science and customer experience
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Researcher (or similar role)
- Curiosity and passion for investigating human behaviour
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement plan and professional development opportunities.
