About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team as a Director of Research and Innovation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing research projects, developing innovative solutions, and collaborating with our team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve our services

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and technological advancements in cybersecurity and AI
Requirements
  • PhD degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics
  • Proven experience in leading and managing research projects, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
