**The Outsourced Recruitment Company** is seeking an experienced GBS Project Manager to spearhead the strategic planning and execution of setting up a Global Business Services (GBS) model.

With a salary range of 15,000 to 20,000 PLN per month, plus company benefits, this role offers a competitive compensation package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the overall objectives and enhancing operational efficiencies for clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the strategic planning and execution of the GBS model
  • Ensuring alignment with the overall objectives
  • Enhancing operational efficiencies for clients
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between stakeholders
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drive the successful implementation of the GBS model

About the role:

This is a remote position that requires occasional travel globally to meet client needs. The ideal candidate has experience in GBS or Shared Services, strong financial understanding, and experience in areas such as Record to Report, Process to Pay, and Order to Cash.
