They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget, and serving as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, as well as proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Revit, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of MEP-FP systems and construction supervision is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for commercial interior projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company and client standards.
- Support project teams with MEP-FP knowledge and construction supervision expertise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in retail, hospitality, and / or workspace projects (mandatory).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD) is required.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, French, and / or German (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing international or multi-site projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of MEP-FP systems and construction supervision is required.
