Role
We're seeking a Junior Design Project Manager to support our design and project management team in Barcelona. As a Junior Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of design projects for each apartment, working closely with our design team and logistics partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site measurements and take photos of each apartment to provide to the design team.
- Manage and execute design projects provided by the design team.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of furniture and materials.
- Track and manage all furniture purchases and replacements.
- Oversee the implementation of furniture during onboarding.
- Work closely with our supply chain and facilities teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate and manage photoshoots of completed projects.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in interior design and/or project management in the hospitality or residential services industry.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
