About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Migration professional to join our team at Recruit 121 Group. As an SAP Data Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing data migration objects for a major SAP project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of SAP Data Migration, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design, develop, and execute data migration objects, leveraging expertise in BODS and S/4 Hana Migration Cockpit.
  • Enhance and debug migration objects to ensure optimal performance and data quality.
  • Assess and improve data quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead data extraction and transformation workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build data profiling, cleansing, and transformation processes, utilizing expertise in data models, database design, and report writing.
  • Support data load and cutover activities, ensuring smooth transition to new systems and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and test complex data cleansing rules, leveraging expertise in SQL queries and data warehousing concepts.
  • Create validation reports for business owners, providing transparent and actionable insights into data quality and migration progress.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Technical knowledge of BODS and S/4 Hana Migration Cockpit, with expertise in data migration, data modeling, and database design.
  • Proficiency in S4 Hana Data Migration, Fiori app, LTMC, LTMOM, and LSMW (a plus).
  • Expertise in data models, database design (Oracle SQL or MS SQL), access queries, and report writing.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • ABAP development experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and SQL queries.
  • Understanding of configuration, master, and transactional data handling.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive personality.
