Job Title: Lead UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Designer to join our team at Dow Jones. As a key member of our UX Design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet accessibility and usability standards.
  • Lead the design process for small to medium-sized projects, including concept development, prototyping, and testing.
  • Contribute to the development of our design system and ensure consistency across products.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow in their careers.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
  • Strong understanding of UI, HCI, and accessibility principles.
  • Experience working with design systems and component-based design.
  • Expertise in Figma and other design tools.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
