Regional Customer Success Manager: Central Europe

Pleo is looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our Central Europe regional team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in B2B SaaS companies. You'll need to possess excellent people leadership skills, able to hire, coach, and develop top talent.
This role requires a data-driven approach, emphasizing experimentation, measurement, and iteration in communication strategies. You'll work closely with internal teams to refine structure, systems, and resources to support our Mid-market and Enterprise customers.
You'll own your team's metrics, driving plans to exceed expectations. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for exceptional customer experiences, combining leadership skills with customer obsession.
We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on your background and experience.
