About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with a strong background in AI to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. As a Delivery Manager at Appodeal, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning (ML), data science, and engineering, to deliver innovative and impactful AdTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, oversee & manage delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML, data, and engineering, to deliver high-impact AdTech solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving any issues that may impact project success.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, preferably in a technology-driven product environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI, ML, or data science teams.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
