Vèringer Ingeniería Avanzada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Piping Design Specialist to lead our piping design activities for Oil&Gas projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design of process units and ensuring that all technical activities are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Take full responsibility for the design activities of assigned units, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.
- Team Management: Manage and coordinate the work of a design team, providing guidance and support to less experienced designers.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in piping design, including knowledge of applicable job specs, piping classes, standards, and working instructions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other specialists, including civil, stress, material, and support specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the Chemical, Refining, or Petrochemical Industry, with a strong understanding of the relevant engineering services.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in E3D, AutoCAD, and Microstation.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
