Job SummaryThe HR Generalist provides support to the organization to enable integration, development, engagement, and support for Dorcas into Allegion's Home and Work (HW) Business Unit. This position cares about any dynamic concerning Dorcas' full organization in Spain, in consistency with HW priorities and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Works with the team to enhance the integration of Dorcas' HR policies within Allegion's HR Community.
- Supports during the integration phase for anything regarding HR matters: contracts, admin tasks, and documentation, compensation harmonization, etc.
- Provides HR expertise, partnering with Dorcas' Leader, 1st-level managers, and Frontline leaders, helping them perform operational needs and KPIs.
- First point of contact for HR admin tasks and payroll.
- Provides HR support to employees (white and blue collars) for employment issues and questions, making sure labor law, local collective agreements, regulations, and policies are respected.
- Prevents conflicts and manages disciplinary actions when needed, always using tact, discretion, and empathy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should also have experience in HR administration, payroll, and talent management.
