We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Senior Specialist to join our team at Chiesi España. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all logistics processes, from supplier management to stock management and metrics monitoring.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with suppliers, including handling incidents, follow-ups, meetings, and performance measurement.
- Oversee 3PL management, including incidents with interfaces, stock comparison, movements, adjustments, work order management, and various incidents.
- Forecast obsolescence based on sales and manage it monthly.
- Review 3PL invoicing and ensure Supply Chain KPIs are met.
- Support month-end closing activities, including stock and obsolete materials.
- Develop and maintain 3PL's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and manage dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize Power BI to analyze data and generate reports.
- Lead improvement projects together with the 3PL to drive operations to excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Postgraduate or specific training in Supply Chain (preferable).
- Experience with SAP MM module.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- High level of English and Spanish proficiency.
