Join Our Team

We are seeking a Senior Packaging Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Biopharma Regulatory department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and follow up on documentation generated at the Regulatory Affairs department or needed for a regulatory submission.
  • Communicate and archive documentation, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Request and obtain necessary information from other Grifols departments, affiliates, outside companies, or Health Authorities.
  • Maintain regulatory record filing systems in both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Represent the regulatory function on project teams and support other departments in specified documentation.
  • Create and maintain regulatory affairs working practices and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharma industry.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • User of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
