About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across our group of brands.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Support and Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver custom support for our highest spending clients.
  2. Account Growth and Development: Develop ongoing knowledge of the Books of Business of the Senior Account Strategists you support and contribute to the growth of accounts.
  3. Proactive Communication: Join weekly calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) led by the Senior Account Strategist to ensure seamless communication.
  4. Campaign Delivery and Optimization: Provide operational, efficient, and accurate campaign delivery recommendations and lead on execution.
  5. Client Response and Reporting: Lead on first-level client response for reporting and short-term optimizations.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, often using 3rd party attribution.
  7. Budget and Targeting Optimization: End-to-end optimization of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative to meet and exceed clients' objectives.
  8. Strategic Recommendations: Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue and product expansion.
  9. Technical Implementation: Implement ad campaigns with clients' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in mind.
  10. Inventory Management and Reporting: Manage inventory and provide custom reporting for clients.
  11. Campaign Launch and Evaluation: Lead execution on new campaign launches and proactively evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot campaigns.
  12. Data-Driven Insights: Use insights from various data sources to inform campaign recommendations and contribute to the overall strategy.
  13. Internal Administrative Tasks: Submit, request, and follow up with support teams (Finance, AX, TS, Products).
  14. Professional Development: Attend a wide range of trainings to develop skills.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian (Spanish is a plus).
  2. Strategic and Analytical Skills: Ability to build strategies and action plans with both a '1 to many' and '1 to 1' approach.
  3. Communication and Influencing Skills: Ability to work with different stakeholders and influence others to achieve goals.
  4. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
