Are you ready for a new adventure? We can make your dream of living and working abroad a reality. As a Junior Campaign Specialist for our German language clients, you will be based in Barcelona while working for a big communications company.

You will have the opportunity to fully experience Barcelona, explore the city's famous streets, visit iconic landmarks like the Sagrada Familia, and learn more about Spanish culture.

But that's not all - you'll also have the chance to go on mini-adventures and explore other cities and old towns in Spain.

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll work with a portfolio of new clients, helping them create their first online advertising campaigns and making a significant impact on their business.

You'll work in a target-driven environment, balancing individual goals and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a consultant, guiding customers through setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns

* Identify client needs and objectives

* Drive increased spending, upselling, and sustainability

* Handle a high volume of daily client interactions via phone

Requirements:

* Proficiency level of German

* Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically

* BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus)

* 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising

* Strong communication skills for phone pitches and proposals

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Analytical mindset and client-focused approach

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
