Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Roadway/Railway Design Specialist to join our Linear Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will work on a wide range of projects, from feasibility studies to detailed designs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop linear infrastructure projects, including roadways and railways, using industry-leading software and tools.
  • Work collaboratively with senior engineers and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain CAD standards and procedures for linear infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare geometric designs and perform daily work under the supervision of senior engineers.
  • Train less experienced staff in preparation of drawing and graphic elements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working on highway/track/Civils designs (+4 years).
  • Intermediate in at least one software package: OpenRoads, OpenRail, Civil 3D, 12d Model.
  • Proven commitment with Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System.
  • Experience working in the North America region / Australia will be considered favorably.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
