About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing production skills, troubleshooting, and gaining expert knowledge of the product supply industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop production skills and learn to troubleshoot
  • Create technical skills in different areas
  • Support experienced colleagues in daily tasks
  • Drive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverables
  • Perform standard technical tasks and prepare standard operation sheets
  • Monitor production processes and work methods; collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Mechatronic, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or IT
  • Excellent level of English and local language
  • Mobility and readiness to change location and country as part of career evolution
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and curious person who demonstrates the ability to be a team player
