Funciones del Puesto:
Utilizar los diferentes métodos de sourcing para localizar, identificar y atraer a los candidatos que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades del cliente.
Seleccionar los mejores perfiles para los clientes, evaluando a los candidatos para asegurar el mejor encaje entre candidato/posición, negociando los paquetes retributivos (si aplica) y coordinando entrevistas con el cliente (si aplica).
Mantener una continua interlocución con el cliente, ofreciéndole toda la información necesaria sobre los perfiles, informando de posibles dificultades, trasladando el estado de la Job y de los candidatos, y comunicando las expectativas de los candidatos.
Ofrecer feedback detallado al candidato en todas las fases del proceso de selección.
Conocer el mercado (salarios, demanda de tipo de perfiles, actualización de conocimientos técnicos) y trasladar esta información al cliente.
Acompañar al manager y/o al coordinador, en clientes clave cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos del Puesto:
Formación: Grado Universitario (no se tendrán en cuenta candidaturas que no cumplan con este requisito)
Experiencia: mínimo de 2-3 años en selección, preferiblemente con perfiles de banca.
Orientación a cliente.
Alto nivel de inglés (mínimo B2-C1, se hará prueba).
