About the Role

The Senior Brand Manager In Barcelona will be responsible for driving the company's global brand and marketing strategy, focusing on delivering business results through effective marketing initiatives.

This strategic role will require the successful candidate to balance brand marketing and business/retail marketing responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global brand marketing strategy
  • Work closely with the brand founder and communications team to ensure brand vision and fundamentals are aligned
  • Lead the development and implementation of the master marketing calendar
  • Collaborate with distributors and retailers to develop and execute retail marketing plans

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the fragrance industry and market trends
