Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet operational demands
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies
- Implement and maintain stock control procedures to optimize inventory accuracy
- Warehouse Operations
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and organized stock storage
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to enhance operational efficiency
- Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with demand planning, logistics teams, procurement, and sales to ensure smooth stock flow
- Establish and maintain relationships with 3PL providers to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Quality Control
- Oversee incoming stock for quality, quantity, and adherence to compliance requirements
- Ensure Kenvue standards on labeling, storage, and handling of products
- Team Collaboration
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on stock control procedures
- Support logistics management internally and externally in day-to-day warehouse operations and projects
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics, and experience in FMCG warehousing & distribution
- SAP experience
- Ability to deal with uncertainties and multi-task
- Effective communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills; good analytical skills, leadership skills
- Problem-solving & decision-making with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
