About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to join our team at The Cigna Group, a leading health insurance provider. This is a critical role that will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product backlogs, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment between business strategy and product development efforts. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate end-user needs, and ensure solutions deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Backlog Management: Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring they align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate end-user needs, and ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with the team to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they meet business and customer needs.
  • Prioritization and Planning: Prioritize features and plan releases to maximize business value and minimize risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner in a similar industry or domain.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
