We are seeking a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor to join our team in Barcelona.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support to our international premium clients.
You will be responsible for providing advisory and support services, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service with a deep understanding of e-commerce, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Collaboration with various departments, including Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping, will be key to your success in this role.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory and support services to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A native Korean speaker with excellent verbal and written skills, proficient in English, and additional languages as a plus.
- Experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
- The ability to handle sensitive customer data responsibly.
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and strong teamwork skills.
- Proactive, organized, with good time management skills.
