Speed Planning Analyst, AMXL EU Network Efficiency Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Speed Planning Analyst to join our team at Amazon EU. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our network speed and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze data and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in current operations.
- Establish frameworks to ensure the balance between quality, speed, cost, and other factors are optimized.
- Share ideas with colleagues and leadership on how processes can be improved.
- Regularly review process efficiencies and offer data-led solutions for changes that will see long-term improvements.
As a Speed Planning Analyst, you'll focus on improving efficiency, increasing reliability, and finding creative ways to make these happen. You'll be part of a team driving major projects to standardize our processes and make improvements to our operations.
You'll work closely with senior management and stakeholders to define project requirements and update them on status, risks, and impacts. You'll also create communication plans to bring everyone up to speed with the new processes you implement.
About the TeamAmazon Extra Large (AMXL) is responsible for managing heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team delivers large items, unpacks, assembles, and installs them, and takes away old items where needed.
We have ambitious plans to expand our specialist fulfillment centers and delivery stations across the UK and Europe. Our team is made up of people across operations, supply chain, business intelligence, and program management, and everyone plays a crucial role in growing this part of the business.
Requirements- A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field.
- Relevant experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting role.
