Job Title: IT Business Partnership Director for Life Sciences Innovation

About the Role:

This role will drive the technology roadmap for Clinical Development focusing on enabling the design and execution of clinical development plans and trials to develop high-value medicines for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partner accountable for technology roadmap and delivery of toolsets and capability for the Clinical Development Organization.
  • Understand and identify requirements of the clinical development organization and drive opportunities to deliver those capabilities via bespoke solutions or leveraging toolsets across the Development functional verticals.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in business partnering and delivering IT solutions in the pharma industry or similar industries.
  • 5+ years of experience with end-to-end Development processes and IT landscape and technologies across functional areas.
  • Ability to engage with senior and diverse stakeholders, connecting the dots and influencing roadmaps.
