We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms and pricing agreements, and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
- Procurement Functions: Review pricings and process for all purchases, collaborate with departments to plan stock requirements, and ensure approved purchase requisitions are timely.
- Contracting and Compliance: Assist in contracting process, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and business units to understand their needs and priorities.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage categories and suppliers, negotiation and procurement policies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
