Senior Biostatistician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistician to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our biostatistics department, you will be responsible for providing statistical expertise and guidance to support the development of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide statistical support and guidance to biostatisticians on assigned projects.
• Develop and implement training plans and materials for biostatistics associates.
• Conduct training sessions and enhance the skills of existing personnel.
• Direct the activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects.
• Review and provide feedback on project work produced by other biostatisticians.

Requirements:

• Strong statistical knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with statistical software and programming languages.
