Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled FBA Supervisor to join our team at DHL Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial and management reporting, including Freight, Bill, Audit & Payment data analysis, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and managing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure processes are in place to bring adherence and control on the balance sheet and working capital on passthrough.
• Drive process improvement and act as a business partner to the contracts supported.
• Key in the creation and development of forecasts, budgets, and month-end trading.
Accountabilities:
• Act as Finance lead for the site, presenting to the customer at period reviews and supporting the preparation of the annual customer budget and any periodic forecasting that is required.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships at a finance and operational level to deliver excellent customer relationships.
• Manage a small team to deliver our service level agreements and KPIs to our customers through excellent operations and a continuous improvement philosophy.
Requirements:
• People management experience.
• English proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels across the business and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in detail and at a high level.
• Proven track record of building relationships outside of the finance function with well-developed communication skills.
• Experience of business partnering in a sector environment.
• Part qualified / qualified accountant.
