Business Partner, Human Resources Senior

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Dakota Plains Cooperative. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with business leaders to drive strategic talent acquisition and management initiatives that support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of talent acquisition specialists to source, select, and hire top talent for our organization.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure compliance with recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
