About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cargo Care Lead to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and terminal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in AREA/CX collaboration calls to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Pro-actively communicate with shipping partners, carriers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and optimize cargo movements.
  • Maintain SVD standards for all PH, KC's, including Maersk Acceleration & Prism customers.
  • Drive ownership on Priority Handling operational process and drive uniformity of cargo flow across region/cross regional.
  • Support NPS actions alongside Care Area focal & relevant parties involved to bridge gaps in process.
  • Operational Excellence: Deadlines Management, Short shipments and Downfall prevention, and cost ownership on Behavioral cost & Cost rejections.
  • Terminal Collaboration: Running cost saving initiatives with Procurement, Finance, Terminal (Behavioral costs), and VAS Products handling with execution team.
