Location: Marbella, Spain (Hybrid: Office + Remote)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the mortgage process for non-resident clients, providing expert advice on mortgage options.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, real estate agents, notaries, and other key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms with lenders to secure the best possible deals for clients.
  • Oversee the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial inquiry to final approval and disbursement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with experience in handling non-resident clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, financial regulations, and the real estate market in Spain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with great level of English (other languages will be a plus).
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously.
