Job Title: German Digital Marketing Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled German Digital Marketing Advisor to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a specialist advisor for German companies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their online advertising efforts.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract and a competitive salary and sales bonus package. You will be based in Barcelona and will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize their digital marketing strategies and achieve their sales objectives.
  • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to drive business growth across the EMEA region.
  • Foster unique customer experiences and influence the German online marketing landscape.
Requirements:
  • Native proficiency in German.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns.
  • 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
