We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our MDM strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of our master data across all systems and business units.
Job DescriptionThe primary purpose of this role is to drive the organization's data strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. This includes developing and managing the MDM strategy and roadmap, stakeholder engagement and collaboration, product lifecycle management, project management and reporting, data quality and governance management, and leading the design and implementation of MDM solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Deep understanding of MDM principles, data governance, and data stewardship
- Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM solution, including configuration, customization, and administration
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP S4HANA
- Experience in integrating MDM solutions with SAP S4HANA for seamless data flow and synchronization
- Advanced understanding of data analytics, BI tools, and data warehousing concepts
- Project management skills with a focus on Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
