Job Summary
We are seeking an English-speaking Administrative Assistant to support the sales team of a major food corporation in Valencia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, economics, or international trade, and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the administration of sales operations
- Ensure proper invoicing of commercial transactions
- Manage orders and related documentation
- Coordinate logistics operations and shipping documents
- Provide telephone and mail contact with suppliers and customers
- Manage incidents and resolve issues
Requirements
- Training in Business Administration, Economics, or International Trade
- High level of English and Spanish language proficiency
- Administrative experience, preferably in sales
- Experience in the food sector is an asset
- Proficiency in Outlook and Office, with ERP experience a plus
