About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Brand Manager to join our team at Starcom Melbourne. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across the luxury, gaming, banking, and FMCG industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Account Executives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Production, Strategic Planning, and Media, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in managing advertising clients, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of digital communication environments and media planning tools, including Google Analytics, Kantar, and Infoadex.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for marketing and brand communications, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
