About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Marine Industry Sales Professional to develop our business in the Marine Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and sales in the Marine & Diesel Industry, focusing on key accounts in Spain and Portugal. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing market insights and customer buying behavior to create business plans aligned with our division strategy and targets.
- Identifying and managing leads from the market and customers to convert them into real business opportunities and ensure a strong pipeline.
- Actively engaging with customers through visits, meetings, and interactions, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
You will be a dynamic and proactive person who excels at generating outstanding customer experiences through value selling based on customer needs. A challenging and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, energy, passion, drive, and a team player attitude.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Naval Architect & Marine Engineering degree.
- Strong commercial orientation with at least 5 years' experience in technical sales in the Marine Market.
- Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is an advantage.
- Residency in the Madrid area.
- Availability to travel in Spain and Portugal.
