Project Planner Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Elaborate detailed plans for project execution, focusing on the construction phase. Validate contractors' partial planning to ensure alignment with overall project goals. Present diverse planning options to stakeholders, identifying potential critical paths and suggesting improvements. Regularly monitor project progress, analyzing and presenting weekly proposals for recovery in case of deviations. Submit a monthly analysis of performance during construction phases, continuously reviewing spent hours and investigating performance diversions and their causes. Analyze and propose solutions to address external causes of low performance that may lead to delays and financial claims. Document inconsistencies across project phases to detect planning, budget, and other imbalances. Coordinate planning communications with the construction supervision team to maintain alignment with the initial project plan. Provide necessary documentation for regular project reports. Prepare final reports and lessons learned after project completion. Identify risks and propose preventive measures to comply with current regulations. Manage electronic PdT profiles.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish.
Career Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in the petrochemical industry, gas & oil, and energy.
Computer Skills and Software: Microsoft Office handling.
Additional Information:An immediate start requires EU citizenship or a valid Work Permit for Spain. Experienced candidates with a real level certification in engineering may be eligible for residence permission and legal assistance in Spain.
