Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with PMD processes in Ariba and SAP, including onboarding new suppliers, qualifying suppliers, and updating prices.
  • Assist in contract management and creation/maintenance of business-relevant KPIs/reports.
  • Support sourcing processes in Ariba, including request for quotations and e-auctions, as well as quote analysis.
  • Contribute to driving and optimizing internal procurement processes.
  • Conduct supplier and/or technology screenings.
Requirements:
  • Possess a degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
  • Have already completed relevant internships or working student positions.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with report, presentation, and datasheet creation.
  • Be highly motivated, self-driven, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Have excellent business fluency in English, with Spanish or German being a plus.
