Tree-Nation is the largest reforestation platform, enabling individuals and companies to plant trees worldwide, offsetting CO2 emissions. We leverage technology to simplify tree planting.

**Our Mission**

We invented the virtual tree, online forest, and software tools to bridge the gap between projects, sponsors, and expert planters. Since 2006, our platform has facilitated the planting of 40 million trees by over 700,000 users and more than 20,000 companies, successfully onboarding 50 global reforestation projects.

**Your Role as Recruiter**

You will be instrumental in our strategy, responsible for headhunting, screening, and recruiting top talent for our reforestation efforts. The ideal candidate maintains high standards, is open to criticism, and embraces the challenging nature of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Proactively prospect and headhunt future recruits.

- Manage the recruitment process alongside company directors.

- Onboard and offboard employees.

- Collaborate with directors to create a thriving office culture.

- Organize team-building events.

- Maintain employee documentation and contracts.

- Liaise with the Tree-Nation HR gestor.

- Ensure smooth operations of office supplies and equipment.

- Provide administrative support to the team.

**Ideal Candidate**

The perfect candidate is highly stress-resistant, honest, friendly, adaptable, and organized, with excellent communication skills.

**Requirements**

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of the Spanish administrative system.

- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English.

- Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.

- Experience handling various administrative tasks.

- Comfortable working with confidential financial information.

**Estimated Salary**: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
