About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Scientist to join our team at Kenvue. As a Process Scientist, you will be responsible for leading and executing MS&T process projects and formulation activities, providing technical support for a series of projects associated with our marketed OTC products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Validation: Define validation strategies, perform cleaning validation for new products, establish cleaning assessment, and develop necessary documentation.
  • Process Validation: Drive technology manufacturing process transfer, define validation and stability strategy, and create protocols and reports to support process validation.
  • Manufacturing Process Problem Resolution: Investigate deviations, assess and propose corrective actions, and update relevant sections of the Validation Master Plan.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in process and drug product development, drug product manufacturing, or related area within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in cleaning validation is required.
  • Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation, manufacturing, and packaging systems and process.
  • Strong leadership skills and team spirit to collaborate with varied people at different levels.
  • Capacity to work autonomously while handling multiple priorities.
