Vessel Information
The vessel is a 66m (217ft) motoryacht equipped with 2 x MTU 4000 series engines rated at 8600KW. This is a great opportunity for an engineer to gain experience with large MTU's.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer during the works period and watchkeeping on crossing. This includes providing hands-on assistance and supporting the Chief Engineer in maintaining the vessel's engines and systems.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a 2/E MN (III/2) or Y2 (III/2) certification and be a hands-on engineer with a keen interest in getting stuck in and providing assistance to the Chief Engineer.
Itinerary
The vessel will be operating in the Mediterranean Sea, with a works period in Barcelona and a crossing to the Caribbean. This is a temporary position, and the successful candidate will be required to work for a period of 6 weeks.
