Job Summary:
H2Site is seeking a highly skilled HSE Technician to join our team in Bilbao, Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in evaluating, supervising, and minimizing environmental and health risks associated with our production process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor, control, and report on HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and control applicable legal requirements
- Implement action plans derived from risk assessments
- Provide basic information and training functions for workers in environmental and preventive matters
- Support the implementation and control of integrated management systems according to ISO standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or a related field
- Basic training in engineering is valued, and additional training in environmental management is required
- Fundamental knowledge of environmental legislation, waste management, carbon footprint calculation, and environmental impact assessment
- Basic training in occupational risk prevention
- Minimum knowledge of English at B2 – C1 level
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in integrated management systems according to ISO standards (14001, 45001)
