Job Title: Senior Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Carriers & Drivers department and contribute to the development of our logistics platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems using microservices.
  • Develop and innovate new solutions within our team's scope, participating in brainstorming sessions and presenting technical designs to fellow developers.
  • Take ownership of team components and libraries, ensuring consistency and effectiveness, and lead architectural designs and mid-sized projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive quality across the stack, adhering to solid engineering principles and providing detailed feedback to colleagues.
  • Participate in the development of a robust event-driven microservice architecture and micro-frontend framework, leading efforts to improve engineering standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers to design and plan features that are ready for launch, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Engage with the developer community, promoting best practices in software engineering and fostering collaboration between teams, and mentor junior developers to help them grow their skills and professional careers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing and developing complex event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems, particularly with microservices.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar, and the ability to leverage these environments to optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, and one common front-end framework, preferably Vue.js, and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment practices and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with Terraform and Kafka would be highly advantageous, as well as experience with Fastify and CI/CD integration using Gitlab.
